The importance of the exhibitions and their role as the industry's leading professional platform is best reflected in the feedback received from participants and guests.

Jamshid Khodjaev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

– Uzbekistan Energy Week is a significant event. It is not merely an exhibition or a conference — it is a working platform where partnerships are formed, agreements are concluded, technologies are presented, and investors discover real opportunities. Our objective is clear: to position Uzbekistan not only as a growing energy market, but as a reliable, modern and integrated energy partner both within the region and beyond. I am confident that Uzbekistan Energy Week will continue to generate new initiatives, strengthen international cooperation and support the development of a modern, reliable and sustainable energy system.

Bobur Tuganov, Deputy Head of Department, JSC Uzbekneftegaz (Uzbekistan):

– For Uzbekneftegaz, OGU represents a long-standing international platform and trusted partnership, enabling us to engage directly with companies, discuss current industry issues, and share our expertise and achievements. The exhibition provides an excellent opportunity to raise our profile, expand international cooperation and negotiate with new foreign partners amid ongoing reforms and increasing market openness in Uzbekistan. We intend to continue supporting and expanding our participation in OGU, particularly as the number of international companies attending the exhibition continues to grow each year.

Golib Kholjigitov, Director of Government Relations, Acwa (Uzbekistan):

– Acwa is one of the largest investors in Uzbekistan’s energy sector, and participation in events of this scale is strategically important for us. Our partners, suppliers and manufacturers are all gathered here — these are real relationships, not merely business contacts. Seeing so many suppliers and manufacturers in one place sends a strong signal not only to Uzbekistan but to the entire region: Uzbekistan is becoming a regional leader in renewable energy. A complete ecosystem is taking shape here — encompassing solar energy, wind power, energy storage systems and green hydrogen. Major international players are coming not only to sell their products, but also to establish production facilities whose impact will be felt for many years to come. We will certainly participate every year — the organisation is of the highest standard.

Franco Mortali, Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East and Asia, Valvitalia (Italy):

– OGU is a vibrant and highly engaging exhibition. This is our first participation, and in just a few days, we have met numerous important clients, which represents tremendous value for Valvitalia. The results exceeded our expectations. In addition to Uzbek partners, we met representatives from Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries — the exhibition truly brings the entire region together. While we operate in mature markets such as the Middle East and Europe, Central Asia is undoubtedly one of our priority regions for the coming years. We are already planning our participation next year.

The overall results of Uzbekistan Energy Week 2026 clearly demonstrate that the event continues to strengthen its position as the leading strategic platform for dialogue between governments, businesses and international partners across the fuel and energy sectors of Central Asia and the wider Eurasian region.
